They set up tarps to protect our lawn/shrubs, and ensured there were no loose nails or leftover debris before leaving our property. Also, they completed the job in a day which is so important in Minnesota due to our ever changing weather.

Affordable Exteriors did a great job installing new shingles on our house/garage plus two other buildings on our property. Clayton and Jordan were super to work with because of their attention to detail and responsiveness. Due to some serious health issues I experienced last fall, and being in the hospital, I was not even aware of the significant hail damage that our roofs had suffered from a major storm! We were so thankful that Clayton stopped by our home and asked if he could inspect our roofs. During his inspection, he spotted hail damage. Then after a thorough inspection by our insurance company, they informed us that we had considerable hail damage. Setting up the schedule for the installation of the new shingles went smoothly and the work was done very quickly...which was appreciated! We recommend Affordable Exteriors if you need a roofing job.
